  • Improvements to report reasons settings to allow for further customization of the reporting (flagging) experience

Bug fixes

  • Updated the performance dashboard registration chart to show total numbers more prominently and add the VF attributed registrations to this chart
  • Fixed: Time spent on page reported wrong due to SDK issue
  • Create registration attribution view from VF PV sources
  • Add trending capacity charts in Moderations tab

Analytics

  • Published the updated Viafoura Standard Analytics Dashboard. The main purpose of this update was to switch dataset sources from Athena to Snowflake.
  • New charts added: Daily new Conversation followers, top users by number of pinned and picked comments, daily and monthly visitors broken down by user segment type
  • New Engagement Starter tab for tracking performance of the Engagement Starter widget
  • Enhancement of the dashboard include: look back window extended from a few months to 13 months for most visualizations (some exception are due to size of the data)
  • Added ability to compare the performance of two pages in Page Performance tab
